Today I setup internet tethering for the first time on my iPhone 4.  I changed my data plan through AT&T from the unlimited data plan for iPhone ($30) to the DataPro 2GB for iPhone with Tethering.  Within minutes, I was able to connect my iPhone via Bluetooth to my MacBook and enable internet service.

As well, with Sharing on my MacBook, I was able to share this internet connection with another computer in the house.

Some have said that removing unlimited data is a concern – as a fairly heavy internet user on my iPhone, I have never gone about 600GB of data a month (in fact, in a typical month, I use about 400MB of data. Having a 2GB limit at this point works for me, as most of the time I am in a Wi-Fi Environment.
